Thanks for joining the site and, for starting a discussion. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like, there are lots of experts on here who will be able to help. I also think other people may appreciate you asking questions that they are perhaps too embarrassed to ask but, would like to know the answer to.
A good starting point from a social media aspect is to subscribe to our Social Media Podcast (it's free of charge), we have some great guests on there talking about social media.
I hope you enjoy the network and, find it a useful resource for social media information. Please feel free to ask as many questions as you like.
